Standard Metallographic Preparation Process for Tin Bronze Samples:
① Grind and remove cutting deformation layer & flatten sample surface with P400 metallographic abrasive disc;
② Fine grinding: POS disc + 9μm PD-WT polishing suspension;
③ Rough polishing: YS-JP polishing cloth + 3μm PD-WT polishing suspension;
④ Final polishing: ZN-ZP polishing cloth + SO-T401 polishing fluid.
