Trojan hot mounting presses include the modular FlexPRESS-M/S series and the fully automatic MT-1H/2H machines. The FlexPRESS features a modular design allowing up to five modules on a single main unit, a 7-inch touchscreen with 16 preset process parameters, dual top and circumferential heating for improved efficiency, three-stage cooling with an optional circulating water tank, hydraulic pressure adjustable from 0 to 500 Bar, a sliding cover for safe operation, and LED status indicators. The series is suitable for epoxy resins, bakelite powders, and acrylic powders, delivering consistent, high-quality batch mounting.

Trojan cold mounting solutions comprise three series: ThetaVAC-2 vacuum impregnation, ThetaMount pressure mounting, and UVmount UV curing. The vacuum models offer excellent porosity impregnation with ultra-large vacuum chambers that process up to 12 samples simultaneously, with Teflon-coated interiors for easy cleaning. The pressure models feature a compact design, rapid vacuum evacuation, and bubble-free curing with enhanced edge bonding. The UV models achieve 60-second ultra-fast curing with dual light sources for uniform illumination and low heat generation, protecting samples from excessive temperature and pressure.
