Trojan' s metallographic cutting machine include manual metallographic cutting machine and automatic metallographic cutting machine series.
The Trojan manual cutting series (CT-2300, CT-250S/V, CT-300, CT-150A) features dual safety protection with interlock and emergency stop, ergonomic handles, high-performance waterproof motors, and robust cooling systems that prevent workpiece burning. Supporting both dry and wet cutting with fully transparent covers, these machines deliver stable, reliable, and low-noise performance for PCBs, semiconductors, ceramics, glass, petrographic samples, and various other materials.
The Trojan automatic cutting series (TableCUT-200, FlexCUT-2, Beta-250 / 300Pro / 400Pro / 500Pro) offers advanced intelligent control with full-touchscreen operation, X / Y / Z / R four-axis linkage, and laser alignment for precise positioning. Featuring pulse cutting with automatic speed adjustment, intelligent cutting-force optimization, oversized worktables for extra-long samples, and integrated filtration and exhaust systems, multiple cutting modes with built-in overload protection ensure consistent, high-precision results.

MicroThin is a versatile benchtop cutting and grinding machine designed for precision thin-section preparation. It combines diamond cutting with cup-wheel grinding for rapid sectioning and precise thickness reduction. An integrated vacuum system securely holds specimen slides during cutting and grinding, while the precision servo system provides motorized control of cutting and grinding thickness. MicroThin is ideal for precise thinning of petrographic, medical, ceramic, concrete, and other material specimens.
Beta-250 is a fully automatic cutting machine equipped with advanced intelligent control technology and a full-touchscreen interface. It is suitable for cutting various materials, including metals, ceramics, quartz glass, and petrographic samples. Supports fully automatic cutting with X, Y, Z, and R axes, enabling multi-section cutting with varying thicknesses and angles. (Y-axis can be manually controlled, and R-axis is an optional feature.)
CT-150A Low-Speed Precision Cutter is designed for precision cutting of various hard materials, and is especially suitable for accurate sectioning of small metal and non-metal components as well as electronic parts. The machine can be equipped with diamond blades or resin-bonded blades of other materials to meet cutting requirements for different specimen types. A variety of specimen fixtures are available, enabling the workpiece to be positioned at the optimal angle for cutting, and allowing precise fine adjustment of the horizontal feed position. DS-180 Diamond Wire Saw is an advanced precision cutting system designed for cutting various advanced materials with ultra-low material loss. The machine features endless-loop wire rapid cutting, slicing/profile cutting, and multi-angle cutting capabilities, operated through a user-friendly touchscreen interface.
Beta-500 is a fully automatic large cutting machine, suitable for cutting various metal materials, ceramics, quartz glass, and rock samples. It features automatic multi-stage cutting with varying thicknesses and angles along the X, Y, Z, and optional R axes. (R axis is an optional feature.)

CT-250S/250V is a manual sectioning machine designed with safety and environmental principles in mind. It features both a safety lock and an emergency stop button for dual safety protection during operation. Equipped with a high-grade waterproof motor, an ergonomically designed cutting handle, and a simple control panel, it can accommodate 250mm/10-inch diameter cutting wheels, making it suitable for fast cutting of various metal and non-metal materials.
The Beta-400Pro is a fully automatic large-scale cutting machine, suitable for cutting various metal materials, ceramics, quartz glass, and rock samples. The Beta-400Pro is equipped with various clamps to cut irregularly shaped workpieces, and it features automatic/manual feed cutting of the worktable (Y-axis), chop cutting of the cutting disc (Z-axis), and automatic horizontal translation of the worktable (X-axis).
CT-300 is a user-friendly and powerful manual cutting machine. It is designed for cutting samples of various shapes, sizes, and complex materials.
