Below is a metallographic sample preparation procedure for tin bronze for your reference:
1.Grinding — Grind the surface flat and smooth using P400 metallographic abrasive paper;
2.Fine Grinding — Use a POS grinding disc with 9 µm PD-WT polycrystalline diamond suspension for fine grinding;
3.Coarse Polishing — Use YS-JP polishing cloth with 3 µm PD-WT diamond polishing suspension for coarse polishing;
4.Final Polishing — Use ZN-ZP polishing cloth with 0.05 µm SO-T401 polishing suspension for final polishing.
