Beta-300Pro is a fully automatic vertical metallographic cutting machine. It utilizes advanced intelligent control technology with full touchscreen operation. Equipped with a three-axis industrial joystick and laser positioning, it features a larger cutting worktable for easier operation. The machine integrates various cutting methods and techniques, ensuring excellent cutting surfaces even for heavy-duty, large cross-section samples. Its intelligent cutting modes offer the highest level of repeatability.
The WIT-1 fully automatic intelligent sample preparation system is specially developed for cross-section slice detection in the semiconductor, PCB and other industries. It can be applied to the precise positioning detection and analysis of PCB hole copper, solder joints, tin balls, etc. With the help of high-definition CCD cameras to calibrate the grinding position, it can automatically realize the processes of coarse grinding, fine grinding, fine polishing, cleaning, etc.

The Alpha-335G grinding machine is an automatic equipment that is used for the rapid rough grinding of samples. The automatic diamond shaper is fast and simple, with real-time adjustment of the grinding wheel to ensure the flatness and sharpness of the grinding stone. The automatic surface search function allows the shaper to process quickly and easily. When the shaper is started, it will automatically monitor the remaining thickness of the grinding stone and notify the user when the grinding stone needs to be replaced.
Alpha-208 is an 8" (203mm) disc diameter, double disc, double control grinding and polishing machine. The machine is small in size, compact in structure and easy to operate. Adopting the popular touch panel, it is especially suitable for grinding and polishing of various specimens.
The Alpha-610 is a single platen automatic grinder polisher. The grinding head and grinding platen are driven by two independent motors, suitable for grinding platen with a diameter of 200mm-300mm. The machine has two types of pressurization: center loading and individual loading, and can be equipped with an optional 4 sets of peristaltic pump dripping system. Twenty sets of commonly used grinding processes can be set and stored in the system, enabling highly repeatable test results easily and quickly.
